    How can we help?

    Claims aren’t necessary.

We’re just really good at them.

    insurance pays

Whether you know there is damage to your property or just want to see if damage is present, we provide you with a full report and a list of options at no cost.

Going the claim route is simple. We will present your loss to the insurance company in exchange for completing the insurance-approved work for the insurance-approved price.

If insurance is missing important details or their pricing falls short, we fix it! If your claim is denied or only partially approved, you’re free to walk away.

    No risk

There are no hidden fees, hidden costs, or contractual hostage situations. We can fight until you’re approved, or you can walk away if they deny you (rarely). If your insurance doesn’t afford Full Replacement Cost, we will work with you.

    trained and licensed

All members of our claim team are required to have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed claim adjuster and 2 years of construction experience or training.

Our people are not here to sell you anything. Their job is to demonstrate evidence of damage and the proper repair to your insurance company to get you paid for your loss.

    Don’t get upsold

Our basic insurance-funded roof system puts the rest of the industry to shame. Those extra roof protections, new flashing, and premium accessories don’t cost thousands more as “upgrades.”

Other contractors can get your claim approved, but be warned: the cost to get a good roof installed can be an upcharge of thousands. By the time you figure it out, you’re stuck in a contract with them.

    Risks?

None. Filing and pursuing a claim is free. If your claim is denied, at least you tried!

If you are Approved: We collect the insurance checks and a personal check for your deductible, then you choose your colors and materials. You stand to gain $10,000-$50,000 worth of new roofing, siding, gutters, etc… for the cost of your deductible.

If you are Denied: You can walk away, or have us keep fighting. Our resources available to keep pushing run quite deep. It still doesn’t cost anything unless your claim is approved.

    Cost?

To file and investigate a claim – nothing.

For most property owners, your only cost out of pocket is your deductible per Indiana law, and only if the claim is approved. Most deductibles are $500 or $1000. Occasionally, an insurance policy will only pay a portion of the repair costs. This is fairly uncommon, and falls almost exclusively under two categories:

    • Lack of full insurance coverage, called “Replacement Cost”This is the most common form of property insurance coverage. If you do not have this coverage, insurance will only cover between 50-80% of the total cost to repair.; or
    • Lack of coverage for additional costs to due building codes, called“Ordinance and Law”This is the most common additional coverage item on an insurance policy. If this coverage is missing for some reason, insurance is unlikely to pay for several necessary protections.

Both issues and your deductible can be determined before filing a claim by simply asking your agent. We encourage everyone do this, as many property owners discover their coverage has changed over the years. If it doesn’t make sense, our people will walk you through it.
